Nicole Sessions is a women’s reproductive support specialist, health and wellness practitioner (yoga, breath work and Reiki), herbalist, educator, writer and actress. As a full spectrum doula, Nicole supports birthing people from pre-conception through postpartum, weaving in traditional, holistic education, plant spirit medicine and informed consent based care. In terms of education, she teaches birthing people to use the tools of meditation, self-hypnosis, breath and remembrance to decolonize the modern fear-based birthing mind. She is a peristeam hydrotherapist and owner/creator of YoniThrone, which produces artisan vaginal steam saunas and custom herbal blends for steaming.
